From Barcelona:
Take the N-11 main road to Igualada or La Panadella and then towards Sta. Coloma de Queralt. Here turn right to Vallfogona de Riucorb and, after 2 km, between Vallfogona and Guimerà, there is the «Mas de la Cadena» where there is a sign for the road to El Fonoll in front of a large, ancient chimney.

From Tarragona:
First go to Sarral (near exit 10 off the A-2 motorway) and at the 2nd crossing on the right, going over a bridge, take the turning for Forès. From Forès to Passanant, at approximately 3 km from Forès, you will see an asphalted crossroads with a sign to the right saying «Camí al Fonoll» (road to Fonoll). (As a reference, it is between the junctions of La Sala de Comalats and La Glorieta, on the left) This leads directly to Fonoll, turning right at the first junction.

From Lleida and inland:
Get to Tàrrega via the N-11 main road or the «Eje transversal» (main road crossing Catalonia) and take the road to Tarragona. At 9 km turn left for Guimerà and 2 km after there is a chimney and the «Mas de la Cadena». To the right there is a road with a sign saying «Camí al Fonoll» (road to Fonoll), which is 3 km to the south.

You can also catch the train to the station at Montblanc, arriving at 9 am, or to the station at Tàrrega. The taxi ride from the stations to Fonoll is around 20 and 18 km, respectively.

Sometimes, on Tuesdays and Fridays, we drive by car or van from Barcelona (Sants) to Fonoll, for anyone who would like to spend a few days with us or collaborate on some work.
